An interesting take on getting involved as an offical. And i'd go one step further suggesting you go from knowing the rules to understanding them and how they are applied.
As a Aber grad (2001-2004) myself i don't think i ever remember us having a referee let alone a CBO
However i'd like to state for the record if you do it with style then a referee can be just as 'glamourous' as a player or coach darling!
