Playing Schedules

Postby S_24_LAX Tue Jun 22, 2010 4:04 pm

I don't know about any one else but I am totally fed up with trying to get playing schedules for the Festival.

I run my own company and like many in the Grand Masters have other commitments to honour over the period of the festival. Despite several emails to ELA I am still in the dark over the playing schedule.

This is rubbish !!!

I have committed to training for the past five months, trawled up and down to Manchester for training and games, need to organise accomodation, work commitments, wife's work commitments, etc.. and with less than four weeks to go cannot get a rough idea of a games schedule from the Festival Organisers. How much did it cost to enter ? How much has it cost me to participate - lots, and what do you get - absolutely nothing.

Might be OK for Manchester based players but no good for any one else.

I actually have mates (non-lacrosse mates) wanting to come and watch a game or two - they cannot make the appropriate plans - absolute shambles !!

Does any one else feel equally fed up with this.

Still Nada. Cmon guys. Ian's right - how can you expect players and supporters to organise transport, accomodation etc when there's nothing posted.
