getting fit again

alrite. im thining about getting back into lacrosse soon, but i havent played for few years because i really hurt my knee and stuff.

well i want to get back into it but i need to get fit again first, any ideas in how i can get fit again to beable to play?

i used to beable to run lodes now i cant run as much before getting out of breath and stuff so yea :|

Have a look around the net for something like a Crossfit company near you. They do lots of strength ad conditioning work using body weight and kettle bells, which gives you a good full body work out to increase strength and power, burn fat and increase endurance.

Otherwise to increase your endurance, go swimming and/or biking (if your knees are still troublesome), and if your knees are ok, go running and do sprints (most of a lacrosse game is spent sprinting)
