Radotin box lacrosse tournament in April

Postby manc_lad Mon Jan 07, 2013 9:17 pm

All,

The London Knights will again be traveling to Prague to take part in the 20th annual Ales Hrebesky tournament. For those who might not know about the tournament, teams from all over the world compete on an invitation only basis.

The team is looking for players who would like to come to play and enjoy some amazing lacrosse. No box lacrosse experience is necessary.

If you've not played in the tournament before, this is the pitch: http://www.laxmap.org/graphics/logos/438_O.jpg

You can find loads of videos of the game footage on YouTube: http://m.youtube.com/results?q=ales%20hrebesky%20lacrosse

The dates for the tournament are the 24th to the 27th of April and the tournament will be held in Radotin, just outside of Prague. There will be the usual amazing hospitality by the club with lifts to and from the airport. This will also be used to start of training for the England Box lacrosse team as the next worlds will be roughly two years away from the tournament.

If you are interested in playing, or would just like some more information about the tournament or box then get back in touch and I'll be happy to fill you in with the details. Box kit can also be supplied to field players who would like to take part.

Thanks

For those who are thinking about going I would highly suggest it. It's a great lacrosse experience and the atmosphere is amazing. It's well worth the trip.

Here are the group draws for the tournaments. http://www.ahmemorial.cz/en/2013-1/the- ... known.html
