I've never actually stung a goalie head in Traditional, the strings are fine, but you'd just need to find some long leathers to do it with!
Also you'll find you can't have as deep a pocket when the goalie head is in trad, as you can when it's in mesh.
The head will become a little heavier too
Something like this?...

but it shouldn't be too much of a problem!

Yeah, that looks sweet. Weight shouldn't be a problem. I'm currently in the middle of drilling holes in my tiitanium shaft for extra weight saving. Only done the bottom half so far but it still seems really strong!

How has it affected the aerodynamics of the shaft? I've heard it really improves the way the shaft flows through the air....Have you found this?

It definitely has! The only problem is the whistling it makes on a windy day!

Depending on where your hands are on the shaft - does that change the pitch of the whistle? Like a flute?
Anyone any tips on stringing my Brine MD?

I was once part of the winning Pop Lacrosse team that defeated Wigan in the 1992 Greater Manchester Youth Games.

You may joke about it, but yes it does! I've also drilled a hole through the butt end to improve the airflow
As for the MD, i had managed to talk one of our defenders into finally buying a new head. After 10 years with the same on, he was going to replace it with the STX Bionic. That was until he went home and found his Brine MD complete with trad stringing. He now seems happy with it and doesn't see the need for updating.
