Head Help

Can anyone remember the head that was made (early 2000's) that had a moving rubber sidewall (blue I think the colour was) to which the strings were attached. For the life of me I can't remember.

Some reason I think Brine made it.

Fuse was STX and had the rubber built into the sidewalls that crubbled off over time circa 2003. This head had flexible moving sidewalls.
