Wall ball for a pole

Postby london6 Sun Aug 31, 2008 11:01 pm

Is this any different?
Are there any particular drills that are good?
The same session as with shorties?
Will I ever get around to playing any?

Try to do it all, but it's always good to practice using a short to. I probably practice 3/4 of the time with a long and 1/4 with a shortie.

Any practice with a shorty will help. It wont be too difficult to change back to a long pole, so just use a shorty around the house or something now a nd again.
Using a shorty to paractice your weak hand always helps, as its easier than with a longy.
