Yes, he is a LSM but also a very good defender, fast, strong and aggressive with a good stick.

Who would you pick above him if you had 1st choice?

Will it be long before Rhodri Evans will be in there? - wrong division this year, but big, strong and smart!!!

I still rate Poynton's Dellar too!
I was once part of the winning Pop Lacrosse team that defeated Wigan in the 1992 Greater Manchester Youth Games.

And how do the current crop rate against previous eras? The England squad in '98 had a quality set of longsticks:

James Lord
Rob Nicholls
Rob Boulton
Ian Bailey
Anthony Walker
Paul Foster
Gaz Jones
Ryan Bevington

For my money Bev is the best D around today, but the other 7 here were all arguably better than him!

I can never remember Deller's name
What is his actual name?

Tom Willy is an oversight he should be Top Ten, Stockport defence is excellent it's a surprise they ever lose a game.

Thank God they have the self-destruct button when it comes to discipline and officials, otherwise they would have been another Cheadle of the 80s where they would win everything.

even if you got the right guy, he's not a uk based player.

Otherwise we would have Matt Russle as the number 1 goalie who played for scotland and Peter LeSueur who played attack for England... the list could go on for home nations who have used NCAA or MLL players in international tourneys.
