The check speed of the number 40 is really impressive, i think a mention for the guy who snapped the guys att shaft with a stick check too!! Brilliant vid

Cuse Bias

Some great checks by the Cuse players of past and present, Number 11 in green (farmingdale High School) with the butt end check is Steve Panarelli that is just finishing his career at Syracuse and then we have Pat McCabe (#29) the Legend & current star Pat Perritt with the overhead.

the thing u have to remember with the older videos, is that a lot of those checks wouldn't pop the ball out with the narrower sticks these days.

No doubt about that! Sometimes feel you need to kill the gut to get the ball out - no that I am adverse to that you understand, just would be nice for good checks to be rewarded.
