They probably do it because the team defense slides early. The play who is beaten will re-locate and find a spare player. Sliding early on short stick defenders is a good system to use

I know people are looking into setting one up next year, so there could possibly be a team for the 2009-2010 season

This BUSA set up looks excellent! as Duncs says, its come a long way since in the last 3-4 years. Pretty devasted I graduated this year, only northern lax for me! good luck to everyone for next season.

Super keen guys who only play mixed lacrosse who think there awesome cause they can score a massive 'crank' on the girl goalie. Dont just play mixed, play mens!

all the Notts guys on the north squad are heavily involved in the Notts uni team, not just the Notts NEMLA team. Dont really think its justified to say that the northern uni experienced players dont put as much work in as their southern counterparts.
