That'll teach said D-man to hang around in attack once hes got rid of ball - I don't like having opposing d-poles in my end of pitch and tend to save my best hits for those that do cross over. One of the USA West D-poles in the western hornets game learnt that the hard way.

All is fair in love and lacrosse!!

I didn't realise flags was so close.

In the game that game i took a kicking, tom brookes caught me with a shot in the ribs, in the kidney (that f**king hurt) and i was slashed to hell!! And i couldn't be a pussy about cos some of your females were on the side line abusing "Suck it number 3". If i sucked it up anymore my intestines would be in my mouth!!

Dont worry Brooks wont be playin this time, and our freshers hav learnt that the stik cannot be waved around like a lightsaber so u shouldnt get slashed as much! As for the girls thou, they will still be shouting abuse 'nice friendly cardiff girls, full of class'

I vaguely remember a UWIC senior putting in a huge slash off the ball on myself, which would seem to dispell your fresher lightsaber theory. Oh well, I guess I might of held him slightly after the ball had gone. Looking forward to the re-match

Well my comp has been busted so i haven't had a chance to post this. But in the hammering we took this week (from Oxford) we scored 2 goals!! Great i know, but what is more embarrassing for our team is the fact that i scored one!! D Pole Goal!! And i know there keeper wasn't happy about that, (Hey HaverGoalie!!) Had to blag a little, 3 to my name this season now!! Although this one was lucky, shot from just inside restrainer keeps saves, big deflection attack man recovers and hits the post! I pick up ball on the crease and beat the keeps! I should have been killed well thats what i thought!!! So D-men if your offense are messing about go show 'em how it's done!!!

I remember that sequence a wee bit differently to say the least, but it was a good shot and a good goal, stickside hip from top of the crease. Well done. It never hit the pipe, think it bounced off one of your attackmen. That was a crazy scrum in front, hate those situations

I was pretty pissed, just brought back my whole quiver of sticks from the States after Christmas. First game with gear that I trust my favorite shaft gets snapped. I've never broken a head or shaft until that game. What can you do. I think I yelled "motherf***r!" when I saw it, with small children standing on the sidelines. I feel like an ass. I sent a warranty claim to DeBeer. Hope they stand behind their product.

From time to time i help at training with the kids of the club. Controlling your language when one of the little sods throws a ball clean at you nuts with no padding is a little tricky.

Was that in Penarth for the Europeans in 2001?
That was a great tournament, well the Lacrosse kind of hindered the drinking but it was fun!
He plays for Heaton Mersey these days anyway.
