Nifty move! :-)

Watch and listen to the European Championships 2012 from The Dam

I know a commentator who will be giving hommage to the Booker Man!

Pass the Word

http://www.247.tv who did the World's in Manchester 2010 will be covering the Europeans this summer

"he got it from Zulberti"
"take a bow Tommy"
"he got rope!"
"Top Cheddar"

all suggestions welcome :D

is he the guy that does NBA Tonight & occasionally SportsCenter on ESPN?

Not sure if same bloke but the NBA Tonight guy is brilliant

My favourite is Stuart Hall on GMR who used to do football

He would mention historical references, the weather, the crowd...

it felt like you were there, only problem was sometimes you didn't know what the score was or the Result!

I want to have fun with this and shout outs to Clubs, Teams, Volunteers...

More info = easier to do role

I'll be devastated if you don't include the following...

"He got his daily allowance of iron!"

"He checks in to isnipecorners.com!"

Or my personal favourite...

"Genuinely didn't even see the f*****g ball there."

Any idea if that will include replays or just live games, the website just says 'often includes replays'. Some of the games are during the work day...

Looking forward to the commentary already, are you doing all home nation games or just England?

got a call last night from Adrian Battersby (Mr 247.tv) and he passed on some more info

Tournament Pass = £20 (GBP)

This covers all LIVE games and you can switch between games on all pitches during game

Replay of any game = £1
Download of any game = £3
DVD of any game also available - the DVDs are High Quality (TV Quality) as not restricted by Bandwidth

At the Tournament DVD will be available 30 minutes after each game
- so teams, players, coaches can scout the next opponent from DVD rather than little bloke with a notepad

Commentary

- there will be Live commentary of all the main games Men's & Women's not restricted to any Country
- I'll be doing the Men's Lacrosse games
- Unfortunately as it is a busy schedule games take place simultaneously of different pitches, otherwise I would have liked to do all of them

Coverage by 247.tv
- there will be more coverage of the Europeans than at the World's
- only the Stadium games were available LIVE at WC2010
- All games are available LIVE at EC2012

Interactive:'
- There will be LIVE chat available during the game
- so fans can chat with each other, have banter, or give opinions on team, commentary, weather, price of sprouts etc in real time
- Twitter: @uklaxfan - I'm new to this malarkey but I will be checking it regularly and there will be live updates from a number of Tweets from all nations.

Music:
- The EC2012 has it's own Anthem by RED17
- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhR1vJJh ... ure=colike

Social:
- All the best lacrosse players men's & women's from all over Europe in Amsterdam for 10 days away from home on Tour
- it might be quite good

Personally
I think clubs should use this opportunity to develop lacrosse
- Support your Country in lacrosse like you would Football or Rugby
- Have events at your Club in the Sunshine to watch the games
- Invite Juniors, Parents, Friends, Family to come down to your Club and have a lacrosse BBQ
- stream the games LIVE through the TV sit back and enjoy
- or pass the details on to all your Juniors & Players that they can watch the Best Players in Europe in their own homes
- PLUS Bonus - England are pretty good at Lacrosse and are defending Champions!

If anyone has any more ideas of how your Club or the Game in the UK can benefit from EC2002 being available to watch

Lets hear them
