Bit of an early one:

Colchester 1 - 10 Spencer 2. Pretty disappointing display from us today really, although once warmed up our stand-in keeper playing instead of our stand-in keeper made some great stops towards the end.

Grammar?

Applied appropriately I believe. Maybe needed a semi-colon rather than a comma after the word really...
Either way I think the message was clear. We didn't play good like what we should have dun and got beated.

Epic battle, Chilli, just too dark to describe what happened in the last five minutes, except BH hit a Reading post with last play of the game. 38 face-offs is a lot for the officials, let alone the midfield runners.
Looking forward to the return game. Thanks for making the journey chaps.

Ouch! 38 faces in one game! How's your back this morning? I take it that they rotated face-off men?

We drafted in a squad of officials to spread the load, thanks Simon..
and no, the re-starts were contested very hard by just two main players, Rhys("Super") and Chris Merritt - now you mention it, they were a bit quiet afterwards.
