I bumped into a couple of U19s today who were out shooting on a goal
Always nice to see guys who are just out for a chuck about...
no kit, just sticks & a goal and a few lax balls
Just for a laugh I challenged them to see how hard these pesky kids could shoot,
These young guns needed to be put back in their place
No names mentioned but some interesting results
Long Pole = 90mph
Middie One Righty = 92mph
Middie Two Righty = 92mph
Big deal you say, they probably couldn't hit the side of a barn!
errr no, actually were stinging corners
worst thing about it was they were only 17 yrs old

Saw this at the US Coaches Convention. It's what most coaches in the US are now carrying around in their pocket.
An advancement in technology .... not 'old school' .... so beware, be very wary!
