I've found the site a very handy place to find people from particular unis/clubs and to organise stuff, plus it helps me to keep in touch with the state of play at home whilst I'm away, and opened my eyes to how broad the southern set-up is. Also a great place to procrastinate

Sites very usefull for gaining a broad knowlage on how lacrosse is played and how the leagues are ran. Being an expecive and technical sport, the advice you get on equipment and drills i've found really usefull.
