New Star of Women's Lacrosse

Postby UKLaxfan Sat Feb 05, 2011 1:30 pm

Michelle Tumolo (Syracuse/USA) is the youngest player on Team USA

The Left attack player broke the points scoring record for a freshman at Syracuse in 2010 and has been receiving rave reviews from her Head Coach Gary Gait this season, saying her stickwork is at a higher level than he has seen in the women's game.

Which may not sound like much except he coached Jen Adams when she played for Maryland.

He says to look out for BTB passes and shots as well as no look passes/feeds and some surprise shots.

It should be fun in 2011 to see her develop and follow Syracuse Women' Lacrosse.

There is a great interview with her on OAA

she seems to be a really bubbly enthusiastic person and player, full of confidence and looking to have fun playing lacrosse.

Good tines ahead.

Who are the new England Star players?

Are there any young Centex Players making waves, challenging for senior selection?
