Some more detail on this would be helpful.
Who's running it? What will it cover?

Tutor Phil Collier:
Phil has worked for Sport England, Coachwise, Running Sports and has been involved in Sports Administration for 20 years.
He was part of the Sheffield University team that won back-to-back Senior Flags Finals 82-83,
He was National Development Officer for the ELA for a while and wrote the Level Two Coaching Course
Finally, post university (after he started Sheffield Steelers & got them promoted to Prem) he moved to play for Heaton Mersey.
He turned that Club around installing a style & method of playing including a Man Up that is still being used.
In 1990 when Heaton Mersey won the League he scored 136 points.... think about that for a second.
1) Mersey were keeping stats for whole team in 1990, including assists
2) They played 20 games in the League in 1990 and everyone played 20 (not give up in April)
3) The games were videoed to improve performance and a compilation highlight tape was produced to music for each team member
He was ahead of the curve in Coaching 20 years ago and has moved further ahead.
He was Asst England Coach for Euros 2008 when England offense performed well and Glen Humphries was top scorer
2 years later Glen wasn't even selected for WC2010.
In a nutshell - if he is giving a presentation that's on a topic on lacrosse that he considers is worthwhile - It's worth a Fiver!

I'll second most of that. Phil is a good coach with a calm presence that allowed the attack to play with freedom in 2008. He also knows how to get the best out of people.

Laxwill
Its only last week I decided to look where I could take my referees and coaching courses and yes they are all no where near the M60 circle.- Therefore travel or not to travel
This event upon it's proven success could well be thew first of several
I seems like an excellent course and whilst yes it's not in your neck of the woods yet! Perhaps the ELA can answer if there is going to be more of these
