I'd like to say a massive thank you to everybody who helped the 2 wheelchair bound guests at bluesfest this weekend, all the southampton and reading players and anybody else who was asked to push us across grass and up hills, who carried things or came and said hello or even just offered to help. It is these people who define the Lacrosse community as a whole and make me want to continue being a part of it, even though I can't play... yet.

A massive thank you to Amit for running around for us moving cars and dropping keys and wheel chairs etc off when everything went a bit pear shaped.

Next year I'll hopefully be back to playing
