Warwick 6 - 8 Loughborough

Absolutely epic game that could have gone either way. Warwick dominated possession wise in the first quarter but found themselves 3-1 down due to some great Loughborough ball movement.

The 2nd quarter saw the trend continue but possession evened up and a heroic performance from the Loughborough D saw the Warwick offence shut out with Loughborough scoring 1. Score 1-4.

3rd quarter saw Warwick come back hard with some great dodges and feeds taking the lead 5-4.

Loughborough rallied and through great patience and exceptional ball movement went on to score 4 unanswered goals. Warwick got their 5th but with 1 minute to go were unable to claw their way back into the game. Final score 6-8.

Really enjoyed it and look forward to what looks like the title decider when Warwick visit us.

Its a credit to all involved that a couple of games left in the season and still the league is still completely open! Lets hope the standard continues to grow in coming seasons...

I understand that Penarth have conceded to Portsmouth Uni. By my calculations, that makes Pompey unassailable at the top of West 2. :D

Naah. Swansea had lost 2 and we had two to play. Theoretically they could have caught us.

Harlequins beat Cardiff Uni 22-4 I think.
Quins were 2-3 down after first quarter, and in the final quarter they won it 9-0.

Bath 12 - 10 Southampton i think...

Southampton had control most of game.. they had a 3 goal advantage twice in the game but Bath Battled back! Now only Cheltenham and Cardiff Uni to go! :)

East Coast starting to get a little bored playing with 9 men. Unfortunately our tenth man stabbed himself in the knee last night - that kind of season!

Was a good game and could have gone either way until EG's legs took it in the final quarter.

Hampstead 16 - Swansea 5.

Really enjoyable game from a hawks perspective. Travelled down with 10 players and no recognised keeper, one of the ten was makin his debut for the 1sts. 10-0 at half time before a spirited second half.

Really enjoyed it and thanks to Hampstead for a good game!!
