Bucks beat Spencer 3-1 at some random south London park.

Second place secured, time to start training for next season.

Thanks for the food and hospitality

a surprise result. would mean promotion for maidstone if we win our last 2 games... taking goal difference and head-to-head record into account

Spencer turned out a pretty decent squad and pushed us all the way to the draw, although some had already played a game, being much younger and fitter they could handle it :-)

We didn't get the hospitality though, the changing rooms were closed and we were told there was no grub to be had :-( Ah well, cheers for the game fellas, Our fate is now in the hands of Oxford Uni/London Uni and Maidstone!

We'd planned to spend significant dosh celebrating the end of a decent season, but with the 3rdsvEGA game on, were compelled to fill up a nice little Youngs pub next to Earlsfield Station.
Thanks to Spencer2s for the really tight games this season (3v4 & 3v1), and our appreciation to Rob Gooch for officiating so well yesterday.

Just noticed how competitive East2 is ending!

Congratulations to the East Grinstead 1sts on an immaculate East1 league season 2011/12. Sticking to strong lacrosse principles of teamwork and total commitment. In my opinion, good preparaton for next season.

Apologies to both Buckhurst Hill and East Grinstead for the c**k up regarding (lack of) post game hospitality last Saturday.
