Great result for Welwyn 2's, well done. And a nice underdog victory for Bristol, makes the Premiership a little more interesting!

Croydon 8 - 6 Cambridge

Was a great game to play in, Croydon leading throughout but Cambridge kept fighting to the final whistle, cheers for coming down guys!

EG A 12-4 Northampton

Northampton travelled down with 9 men and played really well against a squad who'd had a couple of weeks with no lacrosse, thanks for the great game, sorry about the rain!

Colchester 0-16 EG

Tommy B stepping inbetween the pipes and getting a clean sheet!

Spencer 3's 2 Epsom 15
Good fun as ever with the spencer boys. Well done to their new lads playing their first game. Good times will come for them.
3 quarter shut out but failed to make it all the way. Outside shot by Sam and an opportunist finish by Andy Mott. Gutted but sort of enjoyed being back in the cage.

Welwyn worked hard for their win. A close game not more then 2 goals in it at any time and both goalies having good games particualrly Rich (not sure on the name) in the Welwyn goal, all there prem experience came to the fore today in an MVP (in my view) performance.

Quarter scores:

Blues 1:2 Welwyn
Blues 4:4 Welwyn
Blues 7:9 Welwyn
Blues 12:13 Welwyn

Slightly feisty game to ref and a slight shine taken off by some idiocy afterwards... Still I left members of both teams drinking together in the bar 2 hours after the game so does not look like any bad feeling has lasted.

Ian B and Tommy B in the cage in the same week and only two goals conceded between them. Who would have had money on that! I think a big well done to them and their defences is in order!

Spencer 2 beat reading 2: 14-10

Was a tough and well contested game. Spencer were in the lead pretty much throughout! One in it early in the 4th quarter then spencer pulled away. Close game at points though spencer deserved the win overall! Cheers for coming down and sorry about the horrific weather in the 4th!!!

Birmingham 19 - Bristol 2s 2

10 men Bristol team worked hard, if it hadn't been for a great game by their GK it would have been a lot worse than 19-2!

Was a very good game to play in. Made the title contenders sweat aa few times. Lead changed a number of times. However a lack of subs for Soton made the last 1/4 hard for us. Bath took advantage and sealed the game. well played in grotty weather.

Very much agreed, Southampton played very well slowing the pace of the game right down holding on to the ball in the bath half for long periods of the game. When we did get the ball a lot of the time it was a case of either throwing the ball away or poor finishing. When Southampton took a 6-5 lead that really kicked the whole bath team into gear and we managed 4 unanswered goals to pretty much seal the win from there.
definitely the toughest 1st team game ive played in this season.

believe quarter times were:
Q1: Southampton 2 - 3 Bath
Q2: Southampton 4 - 5 Bath
Q3: Southampton 6 - 9 Bath
Q4: Southampton 7 - 11 Bath

Sure someone else can confirm this.
