UEA beat RAF Marham 9-3. Not bad for a team with absolutely nothing. I can confirm that not one of the goals came from hitting or kicking it along the ground. It was another good physical match between the teams.

Well done UEA, great way to answer the critics, hopefully you'll push on from here to bigger and better things! Quite impressed with the Maidstone result aswell, looks like things are coming together for them aswell.

Any news from Spencer 2's???

blues 3 conceeded to spencer 2. That leaves only northampton and spencer 2 undefeted. Should be a great match in two weeks time.

Agreed, both would hold their own very well in east 1 and both worthy contenders for the title.

Thanks to Reading 2's hospitality today at the Croydon game. Trevor's curry was worth the drive alone :P
The game was an enjoyable one and played hard but fair. Steve Jarvis controlled the game fantastically (& single handedly).
Reading 2's showed alot of determination and had endless pace.
Croydon looked little sluggish to begin, a combination of low numbers & 3 week lay-off; however as game went on we held up possession much better and got some nice, easy goals worked around crease.
Best of luck with rest of season Reading.

I am always impressed with EG every time I play them at tournaments, friendlies, or league play. They always show up ready to play and give every team an honest to goodness fight. Few teams play with as much grit and heart, or are as enjoyable to have a match against.

Half way through this match it would have been hard to envision momentum swinging towards the Blues as much as it did and both teams deserve a round for the gut checks they left on the field.

Half our squad are freshers so they're improving week in week out. It's probably the first time this season we've had close to full availability which meant we could pick a strong starting 10, with the freshers subbing on.

Great game yesterday Southampton.

I think the quarter scores were:
1st 0-2
2nd 3-5
3rd 7-7
4th 8-12

Also does anyone know who was taking photos at the game and where they can be viewed?
