When are the next South trials/tryouts?

Just wondering if anyone knew when the next trials were or if they have been on since 22nd Nov?

From the minutes of the SEMLA meeting last Monday

8. South Manager Report.
Noted the next South training scheduled for 3 or 4th Sunday in February at the Old Walcountian’s ground starting 11:00.
Noted the ground availability not yet confirmed by the Old Walcountians.

I think there were going to be 3 sessions of which you had to attend 2 to be considered for selection. So when's the 3rd session going to be?

As per mentioned before

Dear All
As a reminder there is South training this coming Sunday 28th
1100- 1330 at the Blues Ground
After this Sunday we will publish the further dates for training in through March and April
A couple of people have contacted me to say they can’t make it because of rescheduled fixtures which has made things difficult this season but we hope to see as many people as possible

Text recieved from Bagley: South Training today is CANCELLED!! The pitches are a mess, and the weather is just supposed to get worse as the day goes on! So, we'll try it again on Sunday, March 14th at the Blues ground! Enjoy a dry day, and see you then! :)

Will these training sessions be accompanying another 'trial' as well? Also, are Southern UK Uni players eligible to try-out for the team?

They start with one or two Trials then you are selected to go to any further Trials/Training via invitation.

Also, yes as far as i know you can play as a Southern Uni Student.

South Team Schedule

The Schedule for the South team over the coming months will be

14th March 1100 - 1400 Open training session at Blues.
28th March 1100 - 1400 Open training session (location TBC)
1st April South Team confirmed for British National Championships
11th April 1100 - 1400 Team training session (location TBC)
25th April 1100 - 1400 Team training session and trail game (TBC)
1st 2nd May British National Championships Manchester

I hope to see as many people as possible next Sunday.
