What, don't you have locker rooms like that in the north? All Southern clubs have that stuff...

It's when you get to see their gyms and equipment, that's when I get really jealous.

Aye, there was a photoshoot with UNC in Inside Lacrosse a year or two ago that had a shot of a bunch of freshmen with their issued equipment. Wow...

Not that they needed them. They all had home and away helmets in their lockers anyway.

And in case that wasn't enough they're now getting a brand new $10 million complex built for them.

http://video.insidelacrosse.com/video/v ... roundtable

ND's lacrosse stadium, locker room, gym and indoor training facilities. Tasty.

http://video.insidelacrosse.com/video/v ... ocker+room

Princeton's facilities - stadium, gymnasium, weight room, locker room, physio room, etc.

In comparison - Northumbria's new £30m sports complex - http://nusportcentral.com/page/364/Sports_Facilities. Shame our pitch is a mud bath in the middle of no where!

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Coach Simmons Jr by his best friend (who has now passed away) John McElroy a few years ago, I have been to his families home for Paddy's day dinner, been to lunch with him and sat in his box at the Carrier Dome for a few Syracuse games, he has the greatest stories (most of them true) and just has a great way of descibing events, he's a true artist as well as a legendry Coach and a celebrity in the Syracuse area!

His Father was meant to be a very tough man with a vice like grip he ever shook your hand he Coached Boxing as well as Lacrosse at Syracuse.
HEAD, HEART HUSTLE.
