If league points are equal at end of season

Just a question as to what happens in a promotion battle if teams have equal points at end of season. Imagine a couple of teams finish on the same points after the final games have been played. Some divisions,non in particular are very tight this season. So what's the procedure, does it go to goal difference, or heads to head games, or , or ?? You know what I mean:

Games conceded, and then head to head. And then overall goal difference

Cheers trig. I was advised yesterday different . Games conceded , head to head , goal difference in head to heads then and then goal difference. Therefore I bow to your knowledge. Some very tight finishes this season in relegations and promotions. Could be a lot if down to the wire finishes

thats probably more accurate cheeky, they make a mini table out of the tied teams (once conceded games are taken into account)

You are correct. I was implying head to head also included goal difference in the head to head

On a serious note, I think more teams need to be aware of this system.

The number of people who think that goal difference is important is getting ridiculous. It only matters in head to head. There is no point thumping a team by 30 goals, unless you are worried that they will do the same to you on the return fixture!

I'm not sure you can change that aspect of league republic unfortunatly, it's the fixed default
