I had a similar dilemma recently. I opted to go for the CPX but upgraded to a Ti facemask (Lax.com currently has the Ti on sale).

Can't really put my finger on why I went for the CPX other than I have had one for 5 year and its held up very well, I've not heard anything bad about the Pro7s either

personally i prefer the look of the Pro7 to the CPX-R, but they have the same "7" technology to displace impact. Though i believe the CPX-R is lighter but it does have a spoiler, go fast stripes, 19" alloys and a banging sound system

Edit* not sure where i got pro7 from...

The major differences are:

The sizing system - the CPX uses inserts, the CPX-R uses a ratchet system similar to some high end bike helmets
The padding - CPX uses foam padding. CPX-R uses "7" technology which apparently helps to dissipate force
The look - CPX-R has a funny spoiler thing. CPX does not.

League restructure I told you so 10/3/2011(looking good on this one)
Prem division to two leagues will result in the prem division failing and being combined with Nemla 22/3/2012
the proposed restructure to 8 teams in each prem league will only last a couple of years until it has to be restructured again due to teams dropping out. 13/12/2012

In the uk you have zenith sports. As many will say If you want What you ordered within a reasonable time then Don't use Zenith! lacrossemonkey are good, worth getting mates together to save on shipping and import. Speak to Snoop Lax he may be able to sort you out.

Headwrapz only do full helmet decals. Think they're around £65. But they look amazing!

Helmets are normally shipped directly from the states anyway, so you might be better off paying a favourable exchange rate + tax
