Just so we can educate those people not in the know about Gammers, time to start a thread.

1) They wear shin pads

6) they often play for stockport grammer school, and every year at the start of the season tell us how their latest LDO is going to convert them into a winning team...

7) They have the latest kit but use a hockey helmet and use a stick with less bag than a ladies stick.

Or they wear an old Baccarach helmet with a water bottle and straw attached to it full of beer.....and have Gammer written on their helmet!!

I hate gammers

They should go away to a dimly lit room with a big wall and not come out until they are good. There should be an official panel that dictates whether you have reached the level necessary before you enter the lacrosse community.

They are inevitably too keen and can often be found at university in the south :wink:
