I'd like to see Colgate win it, but I think it will be Duke.

Loyola, Denver or Colgate! Would be great to see someone new win a title. It's a pity that Denver play Loyola again for the 3rd time this season but I reckon it will be agreat game.

Sadly I think Duke or Hopkins will win it though not writing off Virginia entirely.

Not a fan of ND, they bore me to tears though haven't actually seen them play this year.

Nothing has changed. They're still as boring as ever from an offensive point of view. Quite fun to watch their defensive unit slide and recover insanely fast but it gets boring after a quarter.

I have to agree that Duke or Hopkins are probably favourites. Such a shame that the denver-unc game wasn't the final.

Denver cause of Tierney. Colgate cause of my NJ connections.

Anyone should be worried about brushing with Colgate. Sort of team that can hand out a pasting, few players capable of getting a brace.

It's only a hunch, but I'd back Notre Dame to go all the way this year. Their quasi-motion offense suggests the bells could be tolling for them this year.

I hear they have a fighting spirit. I bet they're hoping the luck of the Irish is with them.

You're right. I'm far more suited to shifting sewage across the North West.

For polite lacrosse banter, check out the Maryland vs Hopkins thread on a different Forum

I recommend Page 4

Wombat wrote:Cooter, you took that pretty well. Let's see what Doug does with it. I forgot to mention that the book was found in the Business School section.

And, you can actually buy this book from Amazon. If you want to read some pretty funny comments, scroll down below the book details on Amazon's page:

http://www.amazon.com/The-Big-Coloring-Book-[deleted]/dp/B000R0HU92 <- wow, LP modified the URL. I can't say [deleted] around here. WTF? The hyperlink above still works though. What the - I wonder what other words are banned on LP. Can I say [deleted]? Holy cow. NO. What about [deleted]? (this preview before you submit is great). [deleted]? That's no good either. Damn? Oh, finally I got one. DAMN works. I already know HELL does too, and I am going there.

And wait, there's more! Someone actually posted a Youtube about this infamous book:

No offense intended to anyone who owns one of these things.

I meant the coloring book.

Let's all have a great time and a great game tomorrow. May the better team win.

Go Jays!

(my prediction is 9-8 Hopkins, and OT would not be surprising)

Is any of this NCAA malarky on Telly?

I'll give it a go but it's not proper lacrosse.

Bloody fancy dans with their flashy 'ooh I can catch the ball, look at me' routine.

Bet they've never fallen off the pitch in Ashton.

Next week the Men's Final Four is on the box as well as the Women's Final.... Boo Yah!

Not of them to hold a candle to you, I'd like to see them play after staying up until 7am in Prague, wandering the streets at night not able to speak the language and having spent all day drinking a combination of Staroprammen & Absynth with Semtex as a mixer!!!

Now that was REAL Lacrosse

Great final four all things considered.

Loyola vs Notre Dame
Duke vs Maryland

I thought Loyola and Duke were superb at the weekend and would love to see the final being played between them. Both teams were fantastic defensively, great of transition and intelligent in attack and didn't slow the game down or stall. Basically 2 complete lacrosse teams.

It's going to be a big ask for Loyola to get past ND. They have a stifling defense and shared the ball really well in attack against Virginia. Kemp has to be the best goalie out there. Saying that, in Lusby and Sawyer Loyola probably have the best 1-2 attacking punch in the country and it will be interesting to see how ND deal with that. They have a team based defense which slides early and often and is fascinating to watch.

Duke were phenomenal against Colgate and it was a real rout but they have a regular season loss and 1 goal win against Marylnd in 2012 a team that stiffles the opposition with massive stalled possessions. I actually think this game will be really interesting. Will Duke try and push the ball or will they be dragged into a slow-down game?

Ultimataley I really couldn't stand a ND vs Marlyland final. Praying that this doesn't happen.
