Last night some documentary about being super tall the 6ft 2 12yr old girl was playing lacrosse, and today at work in my year 2 maths text book in the odds and evens section was a lacrosse player in a line up of sports.

Holby City's too dark for me, prefer Casualty, much more wholesome entertainment...

Having put my fears aside to watch the episode of Holby City in question, lacrosse definitely gets a great write-up, well played whoever is responsible, very impressive.

Popped up on ELA's Twitter feed today. Chris Evans is a Manc and should have played some school lacrosse, but maybe not by this evidence;

Charlotte Jackson (Sky Sports News) 2008 interview with Ask Men UK - asked what sports she enjoys playing herself, she said "I always played football with my brothers when I was younger and they used to make me be the net! I also love lacrosse because it’s really violent..."

There's a small stick on the wall in the back ground on 'Stephen Fry in America' behind the Indian rights campaigner at ~26min mark.

Man vs Food - 2.09 as he is recalling the joys of grilled cheese he is clearly shown rocking a set of L33's and a hick stick as a young man.

Cheese and lacrosse is anything better? :wink:
