The American show Falling Skies features Lacrosse. The son was a lacrosse player, I assume the father too, and at the end of the premier he's playing with his son outside a school.

Film "The Juror" now showing on Sky Movies, starring Demi Moore as good guy, Alec Baldwin as bad guy; 40 minutes in, Demi's son (little kid "3rd Rock from the Sun") runs into school clutching a girl's stick with traditional stringing. Oops.

There was a film called 'Knocked Up' on ITV2 last night. At one point they are playing table tennis and there is a lacrosse goal in the background.

3rd picture in is kids playing lacrosse on the White House lawn.

I love the fact they've set up the cage in front of some windows!

Tonight's Teen Wolf (episode 2) ; some drama about being a wolf-person has upset the kid, and he says to the lacrosse coach "I can't play Saturday, I have issues with aggression".
The Coach says "Of course you're playing, that's why you play lacrosse!"

There's very little lacrosse in the tv show after the first few episodes, up to the end of episode 7 now and its becoming a very twilight/vampire diaries/heroes type of thing. :|

"I played lacrosse at school, the football players got all the girls." Falling Skies episode 2 about 10 mins in.

Seem like lacrosse is the new cool sport for US tv shows, plenty over the last few years with 90210, teen wolf and this one.

It was around half seven, one of the lads heard it and got excited this morning. Then we realised it wasn't for us...

James Patterson's "The Quickie" - talking about a hospital in a select part of NYC - "Bronxville, Yonkers' extremely wealthy neighbor to the east, was one of the most upscale suburbs in Westchester, I remembered. Lawrence did lacrosse injuries, the occasional Oxy overdose, a debutante who'd fallen off her horse."

Anyone mentioned the first episode of 'Happy Endings' yet?

Scene in the main character's apartment when his fiancee returns from their honeymoon, with a stick standing up against the wall.
