water on power supply please help!

i knocked over my water bottle on the carpet. it was right near the back of the power supply and i don't know if some of the water had splashed into the back of the power supply where the on and off switch is if you know what i mean?. What would happen if i got water in the power supply while it was running or off? will it explode? or burst into flames? im JUST SO PARANOID Sad right now its been 24 hours since i knocked over my water bottle near my computer. My computer seems to be fine right now does it take time to damage the power supply?
