I've been coaching women's lax since uni some 8 years ago, now coaching club and junior as well. I've done the ELA L1 and 2 and in the middle of doing L3. The courses teach you how to plan a session, manage people/time, blow the whistle with authority, but they don't teach you drills or set plays. Its so emphasise in how to teach and not what to teach that a conference where all the coaches get together and share thoughts of new drills etc would be great.
