Midy/ attack

Postby bad25 Sat Oct 25, 2008 9:58 pm

I`ve been told my best position when not playing straight attack is middie /attack, 2 be honest i`ve never thought about it because of having astma, so does anyone have any tips, traing ideas, that may help me progress in this position, and does anyone no anybody that plays a similar position so i can ask them?

are you talking about like an offensive midfield? If yes then i do.

basically play a lot of wall ball, shoot as much as you can- on the run, time and room, and practice dodging a lot.

dodge and shoot

if u have access to a goal, put it up and get a load of balls, put them like 15 20 metres away and do a quick split dodge and shoot, better if u keep doing it and not stopping, so u get tired, then its more like a game situation, do it right and left handed
