LSM
So my coach is letting me play long stick middie(LSM) at our next tournament and i have very little experience using a dpole. I normally play middie so i know how to run the drills, i just am not very experienced playing it with a long pole. If anyone has any suggestions or tips itd be very helpful. Also if there r any videos on the internet they would be extremely helpful! Thanks for your help!
