Defence Work-Outs for few players

Postby Likkedeeler #27 Wed Dec 20, 2006 11:40 am

Hello guys,

My team curently faces a situation where quite a few of the team are put off from training by the weather. So I would need some advice on what drills could provide a both fun and efficient work-out to prepare for the games in March (There is no Lax in Germany between November and March).

My ideas where towards agility/footwork with a variety of shuffle drills, accuracy and timing of checks including combos (e.g. Lift and poke) and stick skills.

We have anything between 5 and 10 guys so any link, drill, etc. would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for any input,

Yours in Lacrosse

Make them run suicides for 20 mins, I'm sure thats what you did to us! (oh and they need to do it with their stick taped to their left hand!)
