i got hit square in the balls once or twice, found the best blockade was jumper shoved down the front of my shorts. absorbs hits better than any cup i've ever used. warm in the winter too

I made the mistake of not wearing a box one training session. We had a waistband-box that me and our other goalie wore over the top of our shorts (rather not wear smth that's been on another man's genital skin thanks very much!!). We were always having to split our time in goal evenly at training, then one session I got so pee'd off having to wait my turn I just stepped in the net without it. Not even 60 seconds into the drill and I took one right to the left-testicle.

Never again.
