Sorry no tips but on a related topic....
We've just found a new fresher goalie, straight from the game of Hurling!

He's playing very well for his second week and should be in good shape for the first Liverpool Uni mens game against Keele next week. Never seen another goalie using everything but the stick before!

Yeah I suppose John Marr is the king of body, and abuse from the side line, but has also been playing for as long as I can remember!

Used to have a guy at Bath Uni who was so focused on keeping his eye on the ball, he saved all the high shots with his lid! Kept the stick down low for the low shots. No idea how it worked, but it did!
