Dear All

Hope you are still all the relevant contacts for the appropriate lacrosse club/college, and apologies if you receive this email more than once!

This seasons Clubs and Colleges Event takes place again in Luton, on Saturday 25 March 06 and Sunday 26 March 06, as usual can't promise what the weather will be like; however what we can offer is a great weekend of lacrosse.

The format as usual is Saturday is Ladies day, with Sunday being both Ladies and Mixed.

So, if you are still the contact for your club great, if not can you please advise by return who the new contact is for your club/college. Or alternatively if you know a college/club who hasn't receive these details then pass onto them.

All you need to do is either complete the application on line at www.hitchinlacrosse.com or see the attached form.

Please note, closing date is on TUESDAY 7 FEBRUARY 2006.

We would appreciate entry forms to be completed earlier rather later.

Umpiring there will be an opportunity, depending upon demand to be tested. However we will need to know by 7 February at the latest those individuals who need to be tested. Do not expect to turn up on the day and be tested unless you have previously notified us.
