This is correct. if the wing is full on the face and a player comes on before possession is called then it is the same as an attacker or defender stepping over the restrainer

Nottingham are not a "struggling club" as such, they are just changing. They have a very committed committee who are doing gret work to grow city links again and encourage youth lacrosse. They just had to adapt as nobody was migrating from Manchester anymore. My understanding on Nottingha...

just an idea about this that popped into my head.

could for exampl a preliminary round be played...pitting 1st and A against each other? would then eliminate any other probs after that?

I don,t see why somebody would participate in the arch level coaching programme if they then have to do the ELA course to be recognised and insured to coach. this would mean paying twice for one thing. I am not knocking the effort and intentions of Arch level but dont see "the point" in do...

I know this has been talked about in the past but...how does this course fit in with the ELA NGB which is recognized by sport England in their Sports coaching structure?
