Yeah, I think this could cause some problems... Surely there can't be many non-student refs who are free on wednesday afternoons? Are there any refs courses organised before the start of the season?

Does anyone in the MLL score goals that aren't behind the back whilst flying through the air?!

Wow, us at Oxford apparently count as professionals now! I could live with that...

(Yes, I know it's just the women's but the men can bask in reflected glory too!)

Have to say I largely agree with jsgi. Unless anyone has recruited well over the summer I think it's sad but true that no-one will be really challenging the west in the play-offs. Croydon were definitely the strongest team from last year so I'd fancy them to take it but with another year under the b...

Haha, that first pic is amazing! I still can't believe how fast that little guy was though... The second one looks like a nice cross-check from me as well. Awesome photos from the weekend - cheers. I believe USA West were high-schoolers but yes, some of them are heading off to D1 programs next year.

That's How ie but thanks Tom. Oxford's got far more than me though - I'm just the only one who can be bothered to play for the South/East/anyone that will have me! We had 7 players score in the BUSA final and 5 of those are still here next year so we won't be giving up our crown too easily. Should b...

Maybe not all the 'best' players in the South trialled. The ones who did put a load of effort in and it shows. The team will works their bollox off at the BNC and hopefully play good team lacrosse. ... You only get better by playing the best. Paul, I'm not having a go at you at all and you're the o...

Yeah, I hate to say it but I don't see this as much of a 'big debate' - anyone looking down those team sheets and not backing north unis over the south is either delusional or just doesn't know the players! Obviously anything can happen with injuries etc but on paper I see it as fairly one sided. Wh...

BNC Predictions and team talk!

Anyone know when the last game is scheduled in the BNCs on the Sunday?

Need to sort train tickets...

EDIT - turned into a bit of a team talk/rankings thread so why not continue it too!

So are all of the above going to be playing for North Unis or are some going to be playing for various county sides? Looks like a very competitive squad if they all play!
