Mike Carlson is wearing a Wesleyan Lacrosse hoodie (a la Belichick) on C4's NFL coverage of SanFranGiants at New England Patriots.

Despite the result, it was a pleasure to play at Spencer's home ground this afternoon; thanks for the game & hospitality chaps.

Deserved win for Maidstone 1s on a testing old-fashioned surface. Congratulations and see you at our place in 2013.

Re: Unfair American Advantage for Oxford

1. I don't believe OU would risk fielding ineligible players,
and
2. You will have learned where their threat lay.

Hope that helps.

Re: Results 6th October

Buckhurst Hill 7v3 Hillcroft A 10 spectators at Roding Lane for a cracking game between rusty Buckhurst Hill and the fun-loving crowd-scene that is Hillcroft A. Never a flowing goal-fest but a competitive match with signs of the quality required for both teams to succeed in East1. Fun to ref this on...

Re: London Olympics 2012

So what are people's thoughts on the Olympics so far? BBC coverage has been extensive but sketchy a number of events have had No commentary Handball is like lacrosse without sticks - good viewing and fast physical sport Most of the BBC Olympic channels are live streams rather than sports programmes...

The Ustream crew think they'll have a repaired replay/video of this game available on Saturday (21st July). Keep looking and if necessary keep asking.

Re: USA v Iroquois

Extraordinary stuff, especially the best hidden-ball trick in the world scored by Brendan Bomberry. Loved the failed late stick-check call on Lyle Thompson; a desperate move by the USA bench after their Alpha Dog #42 Jahelka(?) had been shown up again. USA #25 Matt Kavanagh is probably the strongest...

UKLaxFan mentioned meeting a group of U19s testing their shot speeds recently. It would be fun to know if any of those guys are representing their nation in Turku at the moment. ..(and what their results were)

Re: England Vs Iroquois

The fact that Jonny Powless played out of position and was barely given any game-time tells the tale on the strength of this Iroquois squad. They even did some of their OCC trick finishes as if this were just a JuCo-level walkover. Staggering skills, but they'll change up the physical gears for Cana...
