Re: Updated SEMLA Clubs Checklist
A guess is could it be next April is when a re negotation of the site is planned and budgeted for. this useful function will have been overlooked by the ELA this time and the people who build and run the website for the ela will not add this for free. this is purely a guess it's just a wordpress si...

This should be done by each new player before even the first training session for the individual to be properly insured. http://www.englishlacrosse.co.uk/register Anyone a...

Re: Centurion SEMLA Sixes
Sixes used to be a great day out. Preferred it at Cryodon rather than blues though. What's happened to it? Do people not value it any more? It's a long way and a long day for many teams to travel for 40 or 50 mins of lacrosse. Probably the reason almost all of the teams entered are from the East le...

Re: Results 31/3/2012
Reading 3 - 13 Spencer - Despite them starting with 9 players for the first 10mins or so we didn't capitalise and they lit us up in the first half (10-1 at half I think it was). Not a great way to end the season but full credit to Spencer who played hard, moved the ball extremely well and were clin...

Quins beat Welwyn by 2 I believe.
First time i've ever had a game stopped due to a helicopter landing!!
21-1 was final Quins A score *
6-4 Quins beat Welwyn *
Helicopter landing was an interesting one though
* I think!

but phi is a better looking number!
And if you take that reasoning a bit further, you could sneak two extra players on the pitch wearing i and j (they could be interchangeable) - since they're imaginary numbers you could argue they're imaginary players!

Re: Help from anyone who's set up a club.....
Speak to the bank - they usually have a special type of account for things like clubs - usually called a community account. We've got one with HSBC: http://www.business.hsbc.co.uk/1/2/business-banking/business-bank-accounts/community-account I think it depends if you want things like an overdraft - ...

Re: Mid-season talking points
One thing that jumps out is that Spencer's results have been all over the shop. Beating Hampstead and Hitchin as well as drawing with Blues, but then losing to Hillcroft and Reading. Does it just vary depending on who they have avaliable each week?

Uggy Thw welsh don't have a league of thier own (yet). But if Harlequins earn thier spot in the Southern comp[etition as Champions I would support them. Actually Ian there is a Welsh league now (& there is a trophy in our clubhouse to prove it) As there aren't many teams, and to avoid clashes w...

He was a midget or at least very short. He also, apparently, had massive genitals. So "doing a Toulouse-Lautrec impression" could be taken as being ballsy. He had a number of health problems were attributed to extensive inbreeding within his family. So presumably Chilli was calling...

Which begs the obvious question of the hell is Toulouse Lautrec? google image search is your friend! Well usually yes, but it doesn't explain the impression of him bit - that's what I'm confused by! Clearly he's an impressionist artist, but did he shove a sick up his jumper and crawl on his kness o...
