Re: Is anyone going for Prem promotion?
Heard a rumour that maidstone had made a case to playoff against Purley - no idea if true or not. When do we find out what's happening next year?

Both teams unfortunately had trouble getting a full squad together
Don't think that was the case, Blues had a team together and were happy to play

Re: Krypto Defence Shaft
Titanium tends to bend easily though, it's like all these things its what works well for you and your stile. I slap and lift a lot (slash) and play heavy body (cross check) and the DB803 from gait has always been reliable. Monkhouse had them on offer for a while, cut off the cork but end and its a g...

Re: Stand out players in East 1

GK: JP Charles (Reading) D: Nick Milburn (Buckhurst Hill) D: Tony Joseph (EG) D: Dave Kelly (EG) LSM: Nick Blackwell (EG) M: Ryan (EG) M:...

Re: Paul Rabil - ESPN Sports Science
Players (of all ages) should shoot, pass etc however they feel. There is no right way. If it works, it works. A lot (not all) of coaches of lacrosse in this country try and drill the idea into peoples heads that there is a right way and a wrong way. There isn't. Players need to be allowed to expres...

Re: Paul Rabil - ESPN Sports Science
Thanks, I understand your point about elite play in the UK but surely it's something to aspire to. Im still unsatisfied - which is more efficient as a shooting motion or is there really no difference? I know Rabil loves the sidearm but other notable shooters such as Kimmel and Sawyer seem to generat...

Paul Rabil - ESPN Sports Science
http://television.insidelacrosse.com/media/5c3bec70bd344c2881ad6d1aba259438/sports-science-paul-rabil-lacrosse-shot I realise that eveything he touches is indeed flow gold but he is shooting sidearm. Have I unjustly been shouting (in an encouraging and constructive manner) at wayward juniors and gen...
