Re: Best lacrosse team kit manufacturers (Jerseys and Shorts

We had loads of problems with our Warrior kit too a couple of seasons ago. Colours of shots and shirts didn't match, then all the sizes were incorrect as well. Check out the sublimated kits from Northern Soul Sportswear. The Gin and Juice kits were great and obviously you don't get the names and num...

Re: Stringing a traditional wooden stick

The tutorials are not that great to be honest. If you would like me to string it, let me know, I'm working on 2 right now. It also depends if the gut wall is ok or whether you need a new one. It can cause some issues!! Check out the video I made of a traditional stick that I strung for a Scottish Na...

Re: GoPro use in games

Surprised by your comments jsgi. Firstly "Personally I would be OK with it on a goalkeeper in a festival like bluesfest but not in any serious game" ... so festival like bluesfest = non-serious game? So are you suggesting that Bluesfest is not played to the the standard safety rules of la...

Re: GoPro use in games

We met a lot of resistance from Refs at Blues Fest last year.... Supposedly it was too dangerous to wear as a body cam or helmet cam.

Re: Cup Semi-Final Draw

Not to take anything away from them for the result on saturday, but it will be interesting to see if the way Ashton played stacks up against an experienced mobile defence like Cheadle Hulme's I also think it will be interesting to see which players Ashton actually field for the final too and whethe...

Re: Cup Semi-Final Draw

Why is there a draw for the semi's which is also separate to the quarters? Why are teams not seeded? As a result of the current method in Prem 3 you will have 2 of the top 3 teams knocked out before the final. As it stands the final will be 1/2 v 5/6. Which I anticipate will be a thrashing given the...

Re: Results 28/09

City of Stoke 3-15 Cheadle Hulme CHLC were 3-2 up at the end of the first but a 8 minute man down took its toll at the end of the first and going into the 2nd. a strong looking squad for us for this game and if we can keep that we should be competing with everyone in Prem 3 A great game from Stoke ...

Re: <<CJ Customs - A Megathread!>>

Excellent, thanks.

With regards to TLC you can always use baby oil on the leathers to prevent them from contracting when wet and just make sure the knots are tight and it should be fine.

Re: Can I use this stick legally?

16.2 to 16.4 are going to be the obvious points in question really... Is it designed to withhold the ball from play? What is the string's purpose down there? Does it "retard" the normal free dislodgement of the ball from the stick? Does it give you an advantage over your opponent? Personal...

Re: Season 2013/14

Just seen this post after commenting on the other!

Well unless Norbury are going to integrate the Stops players, I see it as Stops going from Prem 2 to North 3 and picking up the odd Norbury player to fill any gaps on the field or bench? Thus most likely resulting in very one sided games?

Re: <<A Selection of Custom Beauties!>>

The head is a Warrior Swarm X from Northern Soul. It's not an expensive head and is reasonably light too. It is factory dyed like that. The pocket is a combination of things. Obviously double interlock knots but is a cross between a Heat pocket and a Bay pocket. The interesting and different thing a...
