Re: Flags Saturday
Mersey 9 - 8 Stockport. Great game. Both teams gave everything they had. Some great lacrosse played all round. Hats of to Stockport A, they are a great bunch of lads and i look forward to more battles with them next season. They will be out for revenge no doubt. These are the games we look forward t...

Mersey A 14 - 7 Timperley A
Was 10-0 at half time. Timperley upped it in the second half and we got lazy and gave away STUPID penalties (4 or 5, 4 man zones).
Good fun though

Re: Japan Lacrosse Association
I was not blaming the ELA. The finger can only be pointed at ourselves and our own clubs. Lets be honest. Lacrosse in this country is not taken as seriously as it is in other countries (Countries that we would class as our levels - Oz, Japan etc). We all love the game, but we also love the social as...

Re: Japan Lacrosse Association
England won't be close to Japan in 25 years. I'd say they are already ahead.
In this country we dont develop the game correctly. Simple

Re: The plung and pop
It needs clarifying through the summer by the refs. I would do legal moves (in the back of stick but not stuck) and daft refs (not all) would call me for the ball being stuck..when it wasn't..(Pom as my witness). They really need to know what they are calling, and stop p**sing on someone's chips for...

Sawyer and Biscardi both very unlucky not to be 1st team. I understand there is only a certain amount of places available but those 2 have been pretty special.

Re: Paul Rabil - ESPN Sports Science
Players (of all ages) should shoot, pass etc however they feel. There is no right way. If it works, it works. A lot (not all) of coaches of lacrosse in this country try and drill the idea into peoples heads that there is a right way and a wrong way. There isn't. Players need to be allowed to express...

Re: Zone vs 1-4-1
If a zone is done properly a 1-4-1 shouldn't trouble the defense at all.
The best way to beat a zone is to dodge against it and move the ball quickly once the first man is beaten...

Re: North 1,2 and 3
The new structure is aimed entirely at Premiership lacrosse. North 1,2 and 3, with all there issues are basically a burden for the powers that be. No movement really with promotions/ relegations. Same teams in every league for years to come. Cup competitions the only things worth playing for as the ...

Re: Fantasy Lacrosse NCAA
When you doing the draft?? you need 5 players minimum to start a league Once we get enough players I suggest next week for the draft but I'd recommend you decide who you want and what the set up of your 14 draft choices will be. you can swap players once draft is complete with exception of TEAM DEF...
