get a cheap tennis ball and cut a slit in it about an inch long, squash the ball long the cut to open it up. fill the ball with as many 1ps u can fit in there to weight it and just practice cradling with that. Its really good for working the fore-arms and getting them accustomed to your cradling act...

for those of us using public transport, will anyone be able to give lifts from the train/tubes stations nearby? Where are the best stations to aim for? i remember blues ground not being too accessible for those without cars.

ha, no implication made, i did notice yours but you're not the only person i have seen with cut gloves. Just wondering what the official rule was. im not splitting hairs, but i guess u need all the help u can get, especially when u score about 6 on us... was with your right though ;) cheers guys

Out of interest, can anyone tell me if it's illegal to cut the palms out of your gloves in the UK leagues? As a defence man i often come up against attack men who do this to give them extra feeling and grip on the stick. i remember our LDO last year saying it was illegal in the US leagues and every ...
