Filling a wing

I seem to remember sometime in the past reading a rule that allows the following situation. Blue are man down as a goal is scored. as the players reset for a face, normally an attacker will fill one of the wings. If the clock runs out on the penalty with the wing full, the oncoming player needs to w...

Re: Maverick Rome gloves

I have a pair. They are excellent. They run on the small side, I wear 13" and they just about fit me properly. Compared to my old Warrior Sugardaddy's they are a lot more lightweight, but it hasnt seemed to effect the protection offered. The one downside to them is that they are very expensive,...

The Adidas stuff is all pretty new, so there really hasnt been much testing done on it, Im guessing that its some kind of 405 alloy or something, which means it will be light, but not as strong as it might need to be.

Im 6'2 and just under 15 stone and I went with an XL shirt and shorts, The shorts can be pulled really tight if you need, and have a good amount of elastic in them too. I dont wear shoulder pads but a lot of the guys at Norbury do, and they cover them quite easily at their normal size. I think a saf...

Id really like to see a little 'R' next to any fixtures that are replayed in the results for each team, that way it will be easier to figure out who you have left to play, especially in a season where there have been so many postponed games.

Thats not really a good option, since there are about 7 teams in the 5th who have been able to put teams out every week. I dont know what the answer is, but I do like the idea of putting certain teams from the 5th (ones who have conceeded 50%+ of their matches) into a social league, and letting the ...

From what ive heard, the 2.0 is better as it wont pinch anywhere near as much. I tried a pro out and it was way too flexible for a D head so Im guessing that the 2.0 is a little stiffer.

It looks like whoever plays the most games is going to win D5 this year, which is a shame for the clubs who are getting frustrated week in week out because they arent getting any games, and because they arent getting any games, when they do play it takes them half the game to get back into the swing...

Im using an Adidas Adistrike at the moment, Its taking a while to work the mesh in, but the head is strong and pinched nicely. It has a kind of dip towards the top of the head, making it work like its a bit off-set. I love it though. Will see if i can find my camera and take a picture or 2 of it.

Ive just picked up a Brine SC21 Scandium with the new Adidas Adistrike head. Not really had much chance to test it, but the head is very strong, and the shaft seems light enough and strong enough for the best of checks. Ill update if anything happens to it after a few more hits
