Sites very usefull for gaining a broad knowlage on how lacrosse is played and how the leagues are ran. Being an expecive and technical sport, the advice you get on equipment and drills i've found really usefull.

There is however the stigma of going to the second uni in any city, again course dependant, but there's no way Solent uni ranks anywhere near Southampton uni, so Bath Spa, UWE, UWIC (unless a sports related course) are not viewed in the the same light as the 'better' uni's within the same city. Penarth 8 UWIC 6

Pretty horrific game due to confusions over the rules and a late cancellation by the reff. Very very scrappy for a game that should have been a win for uwic as there were many chances at goal.
