I have the 2.0 pictured above and it is great, also used a pro in D... and prefer the 2.0 hurts like hell to get poked by one of them

looking for some size large arm pads with less protection/low profile ... something ideal for playing D when you wont get hit as much

when on face, i have noticed that some men on the wing have their sticks resting on the ground over the line, almost leaning.... i know u can't step over till the whistle goes

is your stick allowed to be on the ground over line before the whistle?

Been using warrior MPG arm guards and there a bit on the tight side, even for a large!
After some smaller pads with a bit less protection that can offer me a bit more movement......any ideas??

any one got any good links or info about good gym exercises for strength and power training for lax???
